The Company

Do you want to work for one of the largest marketing and communications companies in the word? Do you have an admin background? Our client is on the look out for a fantastic project coordinator to support their accounts and overall project management. 

The Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in an advertising/media agency 
  • Strong administrative background 
  • Background/experience in financial reporting, accounting, invoicing process is a plus
The Role

Our client is looking for an Account Coordinator mainly to support the accounts and project 

management in organizing, monitoring and reporting all internal documentation and processes. 



  • Managing the team’s work folders, ensuring after closing of every project, all audit required files are complete. 
  • Organizing all team weekly and monthly meetings – WIP, Finance Meetings 



  • Help BD monitor the usage of the AMP and the allotment of the point system 
  • Monitor all contracts with suppliers and advise Accounts Team on any usage breech 
  • Monitor project closing, billing and supplier payments 



  • Preparing financial documents for project closing (Bill & Close, Recon, etc) together with PM and AM 
  • Preparing of P&G required quarterly reports with supervision of BD and ADs 
  • Preparing team’s monthly financial tracking 
  • Preparing monthly audit report of AMP usage
