The Candidate
  • Min 5 years expereince in a similar role with an agency  
  • Strong network and industry knowledge  

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment 

  • Providing strategic planning and advice to the client

  • Team player and ability to work independantly  
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
The Role

  • Accountable for creating and implementing new business strategies to deliver the new business sales target.
  • Responsible for meeting the new business sales target to generate the required work delivered revenue in the financial year. 
  • Responsible for generating proposals, face to face sales meetings and managing procurement processes to meet the required sales target. 
  • Responsible for researching and generating leads in key sectors to meet lead and sales targets. 
  • Accountable for creating and delivering new business lead generation strategies. 
  • Manage external lead generation partners to meet lead and conversation targets 
  • Responsible for generating content for sales and marketing activities.
  • Responsible for Engines social media representation. 
  • Responsible for generating the required sales reports to track progress against sales and marketing KPIs. 
  • Responsible for reporting on account development activities and revenue generation.
