Our client, Nexergy are looking for a Technical Sales and Partnerships Manager to play a key role in leading their next stage of growth.

Nexergy is a technology provider for energy efficiency solutions for buildings. They source the best available and innovative building technologies globally that utilize the best of Industry 4.0 to offer energy efficiency solutions that seamlessly integrate into existing building infrastructure. Their signature product is ClimaCheck, an award-winning and globally deployed technology to perform thermodynamics based performance analytics on any air-conditioning and refrigeration system. It identifies faults, reducesenergy consumptionfailures and reactive maintenance and increases optimal performance for building cooling and climate control systems.  

The Candidate

Our Client is looking for someone with entrepreneurial drive, resilience and fantastic communication and negotiation skills.

Here are the key skill and experience you should have:

  • You must have at least 3-5 years selling experience including B2B selling
  • You should have proven track record of going out and winning new business and managing and supporting clients.
  • You need to have outstanding communication and relationship management skills
  • You need to be passionate about the environment and/or climate change solutions
  • An Engineering/IT or tech background is preferred to be able to explain the products with authority
  • You must be Singaporean/Permanent Resident or on a Dependent Pass and based here in Singapore 
The Role

This role is all about supporting the current network of clients and nurturing new business leads.

Here are the key responsibilities:

  • Support the MD in winning new business across the region
  • Research and build relationships with new clients
  • Plan approaches and pitches
  • Submitting quotations/proposals to customers in a timely and professional manner
  • Support and work with existing clients once the technology has been installed
  • Part time hours will be considered minimum 25 hours 
  • Some travel involved around the region (this can be discussed if a challenge)
