The Company

Do you have experience managing a children's centre? Managing staff? Our client, Caboodle, runs children play centres, children's parties and events.  Caboodle are opening a new branch in Abu Dhabi and looking for a great manager to run the centre.


Caboodle is the perfect place for children to build confidence and express their individuality through physically challenging, artistically enriching, and intellectually stimulating programs. Their creative and soft play areas are open for drop-in play as well as babysitting services.

The Candidate


The ideal candidate will have the below skill set 

    • Communication skills and ability to meet and execute a parent’s list of requirements for their child
    • Ability to deal with complaints
    • Be able to work under pressure
    • Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and social
    • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Be commercially aware and customer-focused
    • Be innovative and creative to distinguish the event/workshop from the competition
    • Be able to budget
    • Seek and nurture relationships with clients, suppliers, and staff
    • Ability to play and interact with children
    • Team Player.
    • Ability to designate
    • Develop a database and have a good understanding of marketing
    • Computer literate in order to send emails, proposals, prices etc to a client and head office
    • Promote and maintain excellent levels of hygiene and health and safety standards
    • Knowledge of POS systems and general financial reporting to management
The Role

The Play Manager will oversee the overall running of daily operations and handling all aspects of the branch including staffing & HR, customer service, organizing events/workshops, updating and researching working practices, selling services and products and instilling a happy and motivating working environment.

Key part of the role will be:

    • Supervise the daily staff schedules and operations
    • Interview and recruit staff
    • Train staff in the vision and mission of the company and in their jobs
    • Research and implement activities and workshops
    • Create safe and healthy play and party environments for children in the all areas of the store
    • Constant research into educational fun/play as well as party planning
