The Company

Do you have experience in the travel and e-commerce industry? Are you well versed in communications and stakeholder management? Our client is a global leading digital business focusing on travel and hospitality.

They are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (SEM focused) to transit to the local Hong Kong office, to launch their new SEM channel for the new geographic market.

The Candidate

You are ahead of any changes and trends in the world of Search Engine Marketing (SEM), with at least 5-8+ years of experience in SEM, web and mobile, in cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing. It would be a plus if you have had any experience in the travel or e-commerce industry.

  • You are strong in communications and stakeholder management
  • You have an in depth knowledge of Google AdWords, Yahoo and other search engines (Naver, Baidu, etc.)
  • You are familiar with Google Analytics and other third party tools ( Kenshoo, Marin, Doubleclick, Appsflyer, etc.
The Role

The role requires the candidate to develop strategy, standards and best practices for scaling the paid search channel. The candidate will also work closely with local marketing teams to ensure and execute best practices, optimised campaign performance and achieved set ROI.

  • You are to align content with other relevant channel owners
  • You are to seek out improvement opportunities in SEM growth and efficiency through performing tests
  • You are to recommend needs for additional tools (3rd party or in-house) if any campaign warrants it
  • You are to develop critical metrics and dashboard to measure campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
