Our client is a leading, award wining, innovation consultancy headquartered in New York that create advertising and marketing products based on technology and design. This role would support the Singapore MD and leadership team in all talent matters by developing a comprehensive people strategy and executing it! 

The Candidate
  • Integrity and an ability to make difficult or unpopular decisions and keep the utmost confidentiality.
  • A strong grasp of business fundamentals and an ability to tie Talent initiatives to business priorities.
  • An understanding of people and ability to build strong relationships with both leaders and their teams.
  • Experience with performance management, compensation, management coaching, learning and development programs, process improvement and people analytics.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle complex Employee Relations issues.
  • Well-developed communication skills that demonstrate service orientation, foster deep trust with partners and exhibit authority without ego.
  • 6+ years’ human resources experience, including experience consulting with senior leaders
  • Bachelor's degree (Organizational Psychology/ Human Resources/ Industrial and Labor Relations or Business Administration preferred) or equivalent experience
  • A sense of humor!
The Role
  • Talent leadership
    • Drive all Talent programs for the Singapore office, including but not limited to the annual HR calendar.
    • Be the expert on all things talent (Performance Management, Compensation, Recruiting, HR analytics, Learning and Development, etc.).
    • Be aware of emerging trends in the Talent space, especially in the Technology and Design industries and bring relevant actionable insights/ programs to the business.
  • Organization structure and Recruiting
    • Partner closely with the MD, Resource Management, Finance and the Talent team to ensure the right organization structure at all times and Recruiting appropriately to ensure compliance.
  • Employee experience
    • Establish yourself as the “go-to” person for all aspects of a great employee experience.
    • Work to uplevel and ensure a world-class experience for all employees.
    • Drive global employees experience initiatives in Singapore and come up with relevant local ones basis market context and needs of the Singapore office
