An ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience within HR Generalist Partner roles. Will have HR qualifications and a degree from a reputable university. Must have a strong knowledge of the retail environment with experience of the best HR practices in the Middle East. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, deductive reasoning and analytical skills. Solid in English communications, Arabic is a plus but not mandatory.
You would manage the day to day HR operations, driving and embedding people strategy. Act as a trusted advisor on organisational structure and effectiveness.
Contribute to the business strategy and support the necessary transformation and organisational changes of the brands.
Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to promote the best HR practices within the HR team.
Proactively work with the Talent Sourcing team to build a talent pipeline and ensure roles are filled in a timely manner.
