The ideal candidate should have a degree in marketing and communications as well as a minimum of 4 years’ experience in working for a company in a similar role. She must be based in Singapore and have experience in the region. Other requirements include:
A strong background in events, experiential or activation marketing in the B2C sector
Skill in managing multiple markets along with small marketing teams
Strong planning and organisational skills.
As the Marketing and PR manager, you will join the company's small and agile marketing team. You will be reporting in to the Brand Director and Regional Director and help with all marketing collaterals across ATL, BTL, events, experiential or activations and social media. Your other responsibilities will be to:
Own and develop the creative brand story and messages across all channels
Cultivate strategies and ideas that can be implemented across the region
Manage all creative campaigns, working with the social media and digital marketing teams
Help drive traffic and sales through social media channels
Manage external advertising, creative or PR agenices
Identify key trends in marketing and help develop effective customer acquisition strategies.
