The ideal candidate would be someone who has good managerial skills and is experienced with the Dubai market. Other requirements include:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or any other relevant discipline
More than 5 years of experience in media sales (preferably covering Out of Home/Digital OOH)
Fluent in spoken and written English (Arabic speaking is a plus)
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
As Media Sales Manager you will be responsible for building and maintaining good relationships with media agencies and direct advertisers as well as managing the daily sales activities for the client in the region. You will also need to serve as the client’s primary point of contact, respond to RFPs, create proposals, and manage day to day trading. Other responsibilities include:
Communicating the organization’s media solutions and value proposition to the market
Creating and implementing sales strategies to grow the OOH, Digital OOH business
Promoting cross-platform Digital OOH and OOH Media solutions
Managing and executing an effective sales pipeline and achieving agreed sales targets and business objectives
Working with internal departments to ensure smooth campaign planning, execution and delivery.
