The Company Do you have a background in Economics or Business Admin? Would you want to engage with business enterprises' in their day to day operations? Our client is one of the largest professional services network worldwide looking for a Consultant  who can display a deep understanding of business and industry and who can work collectively as a team to translate this understanding into deliverable solutions.
The Candidate
Ideally, you have at least an undergraduate degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance or Industrial Engineering, but a relevant Masters degree/certificate and 2 to 3 years of experience is a plus. You are able to to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities in a deadline oriented environment and flexible work hours. Your command of the English language is important and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

  • You have experience as a resource in the implementation lifecycle of at least 1 Oracle ERP Cloud project
  • You have experience of working with Oracle ERP products which includes Oracle Cloud SaaS, EBS, PeopleSoft, and JD Edwards
  • You must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
  • You have excellent knowledge in MS office applications especially in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

  • You understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
  • You are to conduct research on economics, sector and market conditions to better understand the client’s needs
  • You are to gather and interpret financial information to help strengthen proposed recommendations
  • You can articulate thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
  • You can assess and diagnose a problem by analyzing interactions between key drivers
  • You can effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds to effectively serve clients
  • You recognize technology as a business enabler
  • You are to apply your experience to enhance standard methods and tools; promotes their use through knowledge sharing
  • You are to apply your understanding of domain capability integration with other Oracle capabilities and their operating functions
  • You lead requirements gathering independently and performs gap analysis to uncover functionality that may require further configuration or an additional solution
  • You look for ways to drive business transformation and ongoing operations and maintenance services for the full suite of Oracle solutions
