We are partnering with a global media agency with a great client base.
They are extremely data-driven and take pride in their autonomous culture, as well as their relatively "flat" organisational structure. They are working with amazing global brand names across retail, hospitality, technology, FMCG, banking etc.
An opportunity has arisen to join the agency's Hong Kong office as Performance Marketing Manager. In this role you will be managing a small team to deliver best-in-class performance campaigns for clients, providing them with strategic feedback and advise along the way. You will be managing large budgets and campaigns across several markets and search engines.
You will collaborate with your counterparts in the agency's other offices in Asia and Europe, with a view to identifying local / regional opportunities potentially relevant to the client and ultimately incorporating these in your campaign strategies.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in paid search marketing, ideally coming from an agency environment. You must be a strong team player and have demonstrated potential to become a good team leader. It is a bonus if you've worked with banking clients, but this is not mandatory.
Due to the nature of this role you must speak English and Cantonese fluently. Only candidates based in Hong Kong will be considered.
