The Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the team throughout the recruiting process to understand recruiting briefs and ensure hiring needs are met
  • Conceive practical and creative ways to engage leading talent across agencies and solutions through different search techniques.
  • Develop and execute innovative sourcing plans, analysing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
  • Act as single point of contact for all candidates and ensure a professional experience for them throughout the recruiting process
  • Manage recruitment operations including but not limited to job postings, interview scheduling, talent mapping and reference check process


The Candidate

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in talent sourcing/recruiting and has developed and executed recruitment plans for searches. Skills & Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s in HR, Communications or related field
  • Knowledge and experience in generating candidate leads and building candidate pipelines
  • General knowledge of HR policies and local laws related to hiring
  • Experience working with remote recruiting teams and hiring managers
  • Strong communication skill and ability to prioritise and manage competing demands and clients.

The Role

This is a 3 month opportunity open to our community. Our client, Publicis Groupe is one of the oldest and largest marketing and communications companies in the world and they are looking for a Talent Executive to join their Talent Acquisition team.
