Our client is an award-winning global PR agency based in Singapore. With over 20 years history they are one of the largest independent PR agencies in the region. They have offices across SEA including Hong Kong, Shanghai, Taiwan, Malaysia to name a few. They work on both local and international clients with a range of world class PR services. They are now looking to grow their digital offerings and are looking for a Senior Account Manager in performance marketing.
The successful candidate will not necessarily have full in-depth knowledge of performance marketing but have a strong understanding of the processes and ways to execute. You must be very driven and make quick decisions and work independently. You will ultimately be driving the performance marketing with the team to ensure the highest level of service is given to the clients, with the following experience:
Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment
Experience working within a digital marketing/business intelligence environment
Minimum 5+ yearsâ€™ experience is needed for this position
Very strong communication skills to deliver ideas not only to the client but to your team as well
The ability to present to key members of your team and to senior management of your clients
Experience using Google AdWords & Analytics and similar programs
Strong analytical skills
Ideally a Singapore Citizen or Permanent resident
As the Senior Account Manager, you will report into the Client Service Director, working in a close knit team. You will be working to drive forward the performance marketing aspect of the business and working closely with clients ensuring their business objectives are met. You will need to think outside the box in this role and develop new ideas to present to the team. You will also have a strong understanding of corporate PR with the ability to execute projects and meet tight deadlines.
Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI & KPIâ€™s)
Be able to provide strategic counsel to clients to aid their PR and wider marketing campaigns
Build strong relationships with both senior management and clients
Have a in depth understanding of the local market and have contacts within the industry
Spearhead both PR and performance marketing
Lead junior members of the team and coach where needed
