Do you have knowledge of the world of affiliate marketing? Our client, a leading global affiliate marketing agency is looking for a Partner Manager/Director and it could be you. 
The Candidate

The ideal candidate is a fast learner, with a proven track-record for mastering new concepts and figuring things out. She has a strong internal motivation to get the job done, with a high bar for excellence and resilience in difficult situations. Having at least a Bachelor’s degree, she must meet other requirements, that include:


Having 7 - 10 years of working experience, with at least 3-4 years online / affiliate marketing experience. Event and marketing experience is preferred.


Possessing mature and measured judgment, and an ability to solve problems on her own


Showing an incredible attention to detail and being capable of multi-tasking and coordinating several projects at once


Displaying accountability, always meeting deadlines and keeping commitments


Knowing how to collaborate with team members in a remote environment across different geos


Thriving in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing order to chaos


Prioritizing contending objectives and being able to manage time with skill


Working independently with minimal supervision


Having confidence, poise, and eloquence in meetings and difficult situations

Being proficient in English and possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills. Knowing one non-English language (Japanese, Chinese or Korean) is an advantage.  


The Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Partner Manager/Director to own the strategy and execution of company events and related lead-generation to build their marketing and sales pipeline. The role requires excellent personal relationship skills and the ability to work with senior clients, prospects and partners. Key responsibilities include:

Strategic Planning and Event Development: Developing documented sales and marketing strategy in collaboration with regional leadership. Owning, planning and executing a variety of initiatives, including prospecting touchpoint strategy, receptions, dinners, roundtables, industry conferences and other events.


Event Recruitment & Management: Managing all event recruitment including creating invitation lists, researching new prospects and updating information in our CRM database. Preparing or coordinating all copy and assets (i.e. email) for event outreach purposes. Booking event space and manage all event logistics (food and beverage, collateral, etc.). Managing follow-up on events with thank you notes, surveys, and other tasks.


Tracking and Measurement: Managing, measuring and tracking AP event or marketing ROI (i.e. referrals and opportunities)


Partner Prospecting and Outreach: Developing a list of potential investor, platform, agency and consulting partners by leveraging our CRM database, LinkedIn and other tools. Creating multitouch email workflow campaigns to drive qualified partners into the top of the AP partner funnel. Managing partner gifting program.


Sales & Prospecting: Managing regional sales pipeline and contact strategy. Acting as sales strategist, to identify new business and category opportunities. Managing regional sales proposal, RFPs/RFIs and pitch decks.
