Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service either online at www.hopscotch.work or on-ground at any of our own events, meet ups and training sessions, or those third party events for which Hopscotch DMCC partners with a brand or organization.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the website ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your purchase including, without limitation, your email, mobile phone number, address & work history.
The website contains an E-commerce section that allows businesses and consumers to transact for both online services (such as a job post) or offline services (such as training or mentoring). The services that can be purchased via the E-Commerce payment gateway include both online and offline activities.

- you will be notified by email confirming your purchase. In the event of any future prices changing,Hopscotch DMCC will email you any material change which relates to our services provided to you.

Some parts of the Service may be billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring basis and be asked to accept detailed terms, provided to you at the time of purchase.
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for ensuring all content abides by both Hopscotch DMCC Terms & conditions as well as abides by UAE laws, within whose jurisdiction the company is registered.
- Any Material you upload to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary, and we have the right to use, copy, distribute and disclose to third parties any such material for any purpose.
- We also have the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any material posted or uploaded by you to the site constitutes a violation of their intellectual property rights, or of their right to privacy.
- We will not be responsible, or liable to any third party, for the content or accuracy of any Materials posted by you or any other user of the site.
- We have the right to remove any Material or posting you make on the site if, in our opinion, such Material does not comply with the content standards set out in our Terms & Conditions.

Hopscotch DMCC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Hopscotch DMCC and it’s associate website (www.hopscotch.work) shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
Use of the Site
By using the site, you agree to be bound by these terms, which shall take effect immediately on your first use of the site (which includes registration or browsing without being registered). If you do not agree to be legally bound by these terms then you are not authorised to use the site and should not do so.
By using the site, you warrant that:

Access to the site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on the site without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the site is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
If you choose, or you are provided with, a user identification code, password or any other piece of information as part of our security procedures, you must treat such information as confidential, and you must not disclose it to any third party. We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by us, at any time, if in our opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these terms. For security or other reasons, we may require you to change your password or other.
You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to the site. You must also ensure that the email address we hold for you is current and that you have full and consistent access to it. If you change your email address you must register your new email address promptly within your account section. You may not permit any other person to use your password or login details or otherwise access your account on the site and you are solely responsible for any acts or omissions of any person using the site on this basis. You may not use more than one account on the site without our written permission.
We aim to update the site regularly, and may change the content at any time. If the need arises, we may suspend access to the site, or close it indefinitely.
Instructions & Information
We provide services only on the basis that you give us all proper and necessary instructions, information and authority to enable us to undertake lawfully and effectively deliver the service ordered and you indemnify us accordingly.
You warrant that all information you provide to us about yourself or your organisation is full, accurate and current. The site contains full details of all information required from you.
Matching Candidates with Employers
We do not accept liability as an employer of any Candidate. The nature of any Career opportunity/working/employment relationship will be governed and determined exclusively by any agreement between Candidates and Employers and is entirely separate from the services provided by us.
Any Employer who agrees to use the site or our services warrants that we will not have any responsibility or liability in relation to the terms and conditions of the employment or contracting arrangement with any Candidate.
Employers acknowledge that the nature and frequency of any work performed by a Candidate on their behalf could result in the Candidate being classified as an employee of the Employer. If Candidates or Employers have any questions about their legal rights and duties, they should seek independent legal advice. To the extent that Employers receive any contact or personal information regarding any Candidate, such information must be used in compliance with applicable laws and for no other purpose whatsoever. We accept no liability in relation to the use or storage of personal data by any Employer.
We have no involvement in the relationship between Candidates and Employers and hence shall have no responsibility in relation to resolving any disputes between Candidates and/or Employers related to or arising out of their use of the site.
Intellectual property rights
We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in the site and in the material published on it, including material which is contributed to the site by its users (be it text, image or video). Our rights in our material are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.
You must not use any part of the materials on our site for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors. You may not otherwise copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from the site or any of the material which is found on the site unless properly licensed to do so by (a) us and (b) where material contributed by one or more users of the site is concerned, by the user(s) in question.
You agree that submission of any information, feedback, content, data or other materials ("Materials") is at your own risk, and that none of us, our affiliates, any Employers or Candidates has any obligations (including without limitation obligations of confidentiality) with respect to such Materials. By submitting any Materials to the site you: are representing that you are fully entitled to do so and grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, non-terminable licence to copy, modify, distribute, show in public and create derivative works from such Materials solely in the course of its processing and display it on and through the site in accordance with these terms and authorise us to adapt the relevant Material in the course of doing so, and so waive your moral rights to object to any derogatory treatment or to be identified as the author of the material in question.
If you are an Employer, if you list jobs or other programs for use on the site to evaluate or otherwise select Candidates they will be considered Materials for purposes of this Agreement and may be used and/or referenced by us or other Employers and Candidates pursuant to the license granted above.You accept full liability for any breach by you of this clause.
Use of Data
By registering or using the www.hopscotch.work website, you acknowledge that we will be holding personal information or data such as contact information, website traffic habit data and content pertaining to your employment or personal history. In accordance with global standards of best practice and inline with the recent GDPR regulations, Hopscotch DMCC acknowledges that users of our website can;
- Access - Request access to your personal data history (directly linked to use of our website) and ask how Hopscotch DMCC has been using it.
- To Be forgotten - if consumers are no longer customers, they have the right to have their data deleted.
- To Data portability – individuals reserve the right to transfer their data from one service provider to another.
- To be informed – individuals must be informed before a company gathers their data, consumers must opt in for their data to be gathered.
- To have information corrected – individuals can have their data updated if it is outdated or incorrect.
- To restrict processing – individuals can request their data is not used for processing.
- To object - individuals can stop the processing of their data for marketing, any processing must stop as soon as the request is received.
- To be notified – if there has been a data breach which compromises the individual’s personal data, they must be informed within 72 hours
Part of our website uses live video. By taking part in a live video session, the user acknowledges that the video, discussions and opinions voiced within that video are the opinions of the user and not that of Hopsotch DMCC.
By taking part in a Live session, the user accepts that the content becomes proprietary property of Hopscotch DMCC and will be archived online. Such content may also be repackaged, edited or re-used at Hopscotch DMCC’s discretion for commercial purposes. By taking part, the user waives all rights to this content and acknowledges ownership of the video by Hopscotch DMCC.
